TIME 4 FUN WAIVER OF LIABILITY STATEMENT —

A signed copy of our waiver for the host participant and the children they are responsible for, must accompany the acceptance of our event plan agreement and remittance of deposit. Similarly, the same waiver must also be signed by all participants and the children they are responsible for and must be presented prior to the event or at the very latest, at the event.  It is in the best interest of all parties concerned that no one may or be allowed to put themselves at risk unless this requirement is fulfilled.

TIME 4 FUN, LLC: WAIVER OF LIABILITY, I willingly agree to comply with the stated rules, terms, and conditions for participation in any program, party, and/or special event where TIME 4 FUN, LLC supplies inflatable activities and carnival games. I willingly agree to sign this Waiver and Assumption of Risk in consideration of the opportunity to participate in any parties, activities, and special events by TIME 4 FUN, LLC. I am aware and understand that there are dangers and risks associated with activities at the TIME 4 FUN, LLC and knowingly and freely agree to assume all risk of personal injury, including the potential for injury, paralysis, and death. I for my self and on behalf of my heirs, assignee, personal representatives and next of kin HEREBY HOLD HARMLESS TIME 4 FUN, LLC, its owners, members, officers, employees, volunteers, equipment manufacturers, and sponsoring agencies, companies and organizations from all liability for any such injury, disability, death or loss and damage to person or property to the fullest extent of the law. I myself, my child, or ward consent to the publication of personal pictures and video, which may be taken by TIME 4 FUN, LLC personnel or their representative. Publication may include but not limited to, marketing materials, social medial and website.
